JOB- Technical Support Engineer (Mechanical)LOCATION- SurreyTERM- PermanentSALARY- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience My client works within engineering and manufacturing and they are looking to take on a Technical Support Engineer on a permanent basis in the Surrey area.The Technical Support Engineerwill ideally have the following attributes: A Level / BTEC / HND / Degree qualified in Engineering or a relevant subjectProficiency with working with CAD packages and knowledge of Revit and BIM3 or more years’ of experience supporting technical products in the HVAC sector – working in a similar Technical Support / Product Support type role with transferable skillsUp to date knowledge of building regulationsBe able to work well individually as well as part of a teamHave excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Excellent proficiency with Microsoft OfficeHave good organizational and time management skills The Technical Support Engineer role will involve: Providing excellent technical support to customersWorking alongside Sales Managers and other internal departments to deliver an overall great customer experienceSupporting all pre-sales specification activities – auditing application design and performanceEnsuring company compliance to technical requirements and standards are met for all products and solutions that are offeredMaintaining BIM and also Revit capabilities across the whole product rangeProviding technical support in a timely mannerDeveloping good working relationships across all divisions If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
