Technical CoordinatorIf you’re interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.- House Builder Nicholas Associates have partnered with a well-established house builder in the North West who are on the market for a high-calibre Technical Coordinator to join their successful team.Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for enabling the effective management of the development delivery process across multiple sites, from land acquisition, through planning, detailed design and approvals to project commencement on site.You will manage the provision of planning and technical information from initial feasibility through to planning submission, detailed design, tender and construction stages.You must be proficient with Microsoft Packages, AUTOCAD LT and preferably from a house building background.Salary is negotiable depending on experience benefits package For more information please contact Joe Nicholas Associates
