We are seeking to appoint an EYFS Teaching Assistant confident in supporting pupils to join our team of committed and friendly staff. This post will cover general Teaching Assistant duties to support teaching and learning across the curriculum within our EYFS class. As well as supporting class teachers the post will also involve working with small groups and individual pupils as required. A minimum Teaching Assistant qualification of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and experience of working in a school is essential. The post requires the successful applicant to be patient, caring, enthusiastic, flexible, positive, passionate, motivated and have that all essential sense of humour. They should be a creative individual who expects high standards of behaviour and learning outcomes for all our pupils as well as supporting those with a variety of emotional and educational needs. The successful applicant will work well as part of a team and support the vision and ethos of our school. In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
