Job Title: Support Worker / Supported LivingLocations: Macclesfield SK10 / SK11Salary: £9.30 per hourCould you support an individual to enjoy a fulfilling and independent life no matter what the challenges are?Could you help a person to achieve their individual goals?The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a passionate team providing support for individuals with complex learning disabilities, mental health issues and autism within the community in line with their individual needs.
