A local Care company providing 24hrs Care and Support to adults with learning disabilities, Mental health and health issues within supported living setting. We have 5 supported living homes across Dudley and Sandwell area. We now have an opportunity for an experienced support worker to join the team in our Brierley Hill home.The supported living home has 2 males with Down syndrome, learning disabilities and communication difficulties, supporting these individuals to live independently. Supporting with personal care if required, cooking, cleaning, medication support, accessing the community for activities they like e.g. walks, day trips, swimming and holidays.You will need to have previous experience in a similar setting and hold a UK driving licence as the duties will include driving their Motability car to access their outdoor activities. Training and a full induction will be provided. Hours on offer 30-42hrs a week with overtime available, working 8-12hr shifts a day including weekends.Please forward your CV.
