We provide support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. Clients live together in a shared home, supported daily with personal care, medication, meal preparation accessing the community and living life to the full.Some of the clients are non verbal and use makaton and learned ways to express themselves. Some clients have challenges that require staff to support with distraction techniques and de-escalation techniques.Seeking experienced support staff who have a flexible approach, have a bubbly personality and committed to delivering high standards of support and care.
