Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Export Supply Chain Assistant to join a business based in Rotherham. You would be providing confidential support to the supply chain team, assisting customers over the phone and by email to ensure they receive an exceptional service at all times.The main responsibilities of the role will include:-- Export order processing- Dealing with customer enquiries and taking orders over the phone- Managing the public inbox- Preparing and completing Export documents- Liaising with external suppliers to coordinate production schedules- Maintaining good relationships with international freight forwarders- Creating reports- Updating customers with order progressionThe Candidate:-- Have strong administration skills and experience of export including paperwork, processes, and procedures (recent)- Have a good working knowledge of SAP (Advantagous) and Microsoft Office- Have good customer service skills- Be well organisedElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
