An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site/Construction Manager to join a well-established and successful steelwork fabrication business based out of Oxfordshire. They offer a very competitive salary, company vehicle/allowance and rewarding career for the successful candidate.Projects undertaken vary but include both structural and secondary/architectural steelwork ranging from simple portal frames through to bespoke high end feature stairs.Site/Construction Manager duties include: * Overall responsibility for site activities. * Being the point of contact for site teams/erectors etc. * Managing contractors and sub-contractors. * Attending site & launch meetings. * Visiting various company construction sites to check on project progress and provide any troubleshooting. * Surveys/checks and setting out (if within skill set). * Quality checks and sign offs.The role would ideally suit an individual with experience fulfilling a similar role previously however we also invite applications from Senior Erectors/Installers, Site Supervisors or similar who are wishing to take on more responsibility.
