Role: Freelance Site Manager Rate: £(Apply online only) Location: Wells Start Date: 12th February Duration: short term My client is a main contractor in the Interior Fit Out & Refurbishment market and work within Retail & Commercial Sectors. They are a specialist in their market and are looking to bring in the best management to help with their increased workload. The job at hand I am looking to recruit for a Site Manager in Wells. This job is a strip out of one retail store and a conversion into a brand new store. You will be running multiple sub-contractors on site and will consist of anywhere from 10-20 lads at any one time. The Ideal Site Manager must; * Hold PASMA, CSCS Black, Gold or White, SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness; * Have Fastrack Retail fit out experience * Worked on Jobs between the Values of 100k - £1 Million
