An immediate 12 month (fixed term contract) has come to fruition in need of a qualified build site manager for a new build joinery shop near Basingstoke.The role will need a qualified site manager to run the project from initiation to completion with every chance of work to follow on. The project itself is a new design & build joinery shop with states of the art offices; so you will need to have a solid infrastructure, new build and high-end fit out knowledge, the role will be reporting to the regional contracts manager.Candidates MUST reside within 20 miles of Basingstoke.If you have a current SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid certifications please apply now
