We have over 40 active sites with more being added on a regular basisResponsibilitiesSite surveying projects using Total Stations or other equipment as requiredInterpreting and executing from construction drawingsSetting out from grid lines using CAD survey detailsLiaison with clients & other trades over technical requirementsKeep accurate site records and site diariesProduce risk assessments and method statements for surveying activities and gaining client approval prior to site visitsDutiesSite surveys of constructions to gain information required for our design office to ensure our fabrications fit the as built structures.Producing 2d Autocad layouts using information gained from site survey Read and review construction drawingsOn site assistance to site managers during non surveying daysQualifications & ExperienceEssentialGood understanding of architectural & structural steel including 2D & 3D drawingsCSCS cardExperienced in AUTOCAD and MS OfficeMinimum two years’ experience in similar roleClean Driving licenceDesirable but not essentialDegree qualified/HNC (or equivalent) in civil engineering
