SHEQ Advisor (Belfast / WFH)

CLIENT A global renewable energy and facilities management organization that have massive expansion plans in the UK based on some recent tender victories to partner their large existing government contracts. They now require a SHEQ Advisor to join the tight-knit team in the greater Belfast area.ResponsibilitiesSupport the company in the operation of company systems ISO standards covering the effective management of quality, health, safety and environment.Ensure sites comply with statutory requirements and company standards whilst providing relevant guidance and advice.Carry out pre-planned site audits to ensure compliance providing feedback via the company's reporting system.Highlighting areas where poor practice and/or significant risk have occurred. Where necessary preventing works continuing on site.The Ideal PersonIt is essential you have NEBOSH certificate in H&S or environmental management with 2-3 years relevant experience of working as part of a SHEQ team.RemunerationA role that is paying between £30-40K with many other additional benefits including company car, phone and laptop as long as discounts from major retailers
