Service Development Officer

The Role: We have an exciting opportunity in the Demand Management and Prevention Change Unit for a Service Development Officer at Hampshire County Council. With a strong focus on partnership working, you will be part of a team helping shape and develop projects and relationships that can enable vulnerable adults to live long, happy, healthy, and independent lives. Working closely with partners including Health, the community and voluntary sector as well as health and social care operational teams, you will use data to inform and shape projects, ensuring milestones are met and accurate evaluation is delivered to drive further development.
