Service Coordinator

The RoleAs our Service Coordinator, you will be providing service andsupport to clients and stakeholders to facilitate all constructionand maintenance requests. You will be the first point of contactfor all Service queries and will be required to deliver a highstandard of customer care. You'll be joining a dynamic and pro-active team working insynergy with each other, the role will include: Receiving service phone calls and email enquiries and actioning in a timely manner Processing work orders for subcontractors Provide support to the roofing supervisor team Ordering of roofing material and fall protection Providing regular and accurate reports on the status of all tasks Managing all tasks, ensuring timeframes are met You We are looking for someone with; Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills Exceptional organisation and time management skills High attention to detail Ability to interpret building plans and specifications Good computer skills Experience with managing your own work schedule to ensure targets are met Previous experience working in a similar role and/or residential construction knowledge will be highly regarded
