Taking us to the next level from a customer perspective, will soon be a brand overhaul, which we have recently started to kick off. We are looking to present a newly elevated brand mission to the world to truly reflect what we have become as a business as well as the high calibre of people within our team.  Social events throughout the year are common place, most recently including our summer party at Liquid Leisure, and a team yachting event. Personal  well  being is  paramount  to  us and  is  key  to our positive attitude, whether this is group gym sessions or Friday afternoon snacks - we balance work  with  play  to ensure our   team  is happy  and  on top form!Position ScopeAs a key part of the Happy Building team, the Senior Sales Consultant will be the first point of contact for enquiries and play a crucial role in converting prospective enquiries into live Architectural Design clients. Providing a business-critical role, they will ensure that prospects are delivered, on-boarded and converted through both in person and virtual consultations by employing a consultative approach whilst effectively communicating the Happy Building process and services. This is not a hard sale style environment and as such experience and the ability to offer an advice driven / consultative approach is key.As well as managing business enquiries to arrange initial design consultation meetings, they will attend a share of consultations with prospects and successfully onboard new clients. They will remain a high level point of contact for onboarded clients to ensure a consistent high level relationship whilst projects are progressing through the design phase with our experienced Architects. The Senior Sales Consultant will also successfully convert projects through the design pipeline onto the structural and building regulations phase of design services, once the initial planning phase has been completed.Requirements:Experience in a customer facing sales environmentThe ability to offer advice through a consultative approachAble to listen and understand requirements and tailor an approach to suitExcellent organization skills and able to effectively prioritize and manage own timeExcellent in both written and verbal communicationExperience within the architectural or property industry is desired but not essentialAble to use systems and CRM’s to manage client data and report effectivelyPersonal skillset:Able to inspire both trust and excitement through a non-assertive but confident manorPositive attitude and motivated to achieveCommitted to professional growth and developmentWilling to take full ownership of their positionA team player committed to adding valueHappy to try new things to learn and growIf you have been reading the above smiling and ready to find out more we’d love to hear from you!
