Madisons Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager for a permanent position based in Surrey.Our client, a well Established and trusted roofing contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager who will be responsible for the delivery side of the business.Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * Managing day-to-day work on multiple projects * You will also be responsible for managing supervisory staff and contributing to their development. * Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the Contractors and Clients requirements * Implementing the Company Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety is being met * Maintain and update project reporting * Working to the programme of work and strategy for the projectPerson Specification/Qualifications: * Previous experience working for a Roofing contractor * Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook * Keen to deliver exceptional customer service * An effective leader, motivator and mentor * Credible, and comfortable in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders * A full understanding and experience of the legal and commercial elements of construction. * A proven record of accomplishment as a successful project manager. * Experience and contacts within the industry, clients, manufacturers and labour.Interviews are being held ASAP so if you are interested please apply or Contact Recruitment
