The role will involve assisting the Lead Repairs and Construction Manager with leading the operational management of a service section and contributing to the development of the section in accordance with the vision and values, construction industry good practice and stakeholder expectations.You will be responsible for managing the delivery of building related services to the Council’s property stock and external clients ensuring effective operational management and delivery of defined quality standards in accordance with client requirements.You will be expected to lead a team ensuring effective delivery of the service, whilst maximising efficiencies of resources against programmes through productivity monitoring and absence management protocols in accordance with service guidelines.
