MY CLIENT, A WELL ESTABLISHED LANDSCAPING CONTRACTOR, IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER TO OVERSEE CONTRACTS IN THE ESSEX AND EAST/SOUTH LONDON AREAPRIMARILY WORKING ON NEW BUILD HOUSING SCHEMES, PROJECT VALUES WILL VARY FORM AROUND £100K TO £500kYou will maintain a clear understanding of the Contract, Drawings and Specification and provide the client with a dedicated Contract / Project manager.You will have responsibility for all aspects of the site operation and the management of both the direct labour and sub-contractors.YOU WILL HAVE A SUITABLE BACKGROUND IN LANDSCAPING AS WELL AS APPROPRIATE QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATION ALONG WITH CSCS ETC.THE SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE AND OTHER BENEFITS WILL INCLUDE CAR/CAR ALLOWANCE ETC.PLEASE EMAIL YOUR C.V.
