This is an interesting and challenging opportunity to work on a variety of Commercial, Industrial, Process, Health, Leisure & Educational projects. Ranging in value from £100K up to £3M.The RoleYou will work closely with the estimating department taking estimates through the design stage, putting together a full design brief and managing the project on site, liaising with the client and consultant.The PersonYou should be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer with a good understanding of pricing jobs and design principles.You will be capable of running projects from initial design stage, liaising with the client and consultants. You should preferably be computer literate.
