We have an opportunity for a non-uniformed Security Escort to join our team based in Cheltenham. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. As a Security Escort, you will provide support services to the Hard FM Team by escorting visitors and contractors safely whilst on site. The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a positive mindset. You will need to be organised, proactive and resourceful, with an ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively and work within a team. You will require the ability to provide a competent and diligent security escorting service to visitors and contractors that attend site in accordance with corporate values. You will ensure visitors and contractors adhereto rules regarding the use of prohibited Items whilst on site and are kept within sight at all times. You will be required to report all security and safety issues to the Manager and contribute to the EHS culture to create a healthy and risk-free working environment.The Ideal Candidate:To be successful in this role, you will need to have a professional attitude and image in all aspects of service delivery. You will also need to be customer focused, able to follow clear instructions, beresourceful and proactive. The ability to work in a team is also essential, along with the ability to work unsupervised. Previous security experience would also be beneficial. Please be aware that due to the nature of the business vetting is an intrusive and prolonged process.
