Seasonal Team Members - YHA Chester Trafford Hall

We are really excited to announce our new hostel due to open in Chester this June, YHA Trafford Hall. This will be a unique operation as we will be working alongside our partner regenda.org.uk . The Regenda Group regenerates places and works with people to create the opportunities they need to thrive. They are a dynamic group of organisations doing very different things: working in places where they can make a difference. Their values are in line with our own and we are excited about what we can achieve together at YHA Trafford Hall.Trafford Hall is a beautiful 18thcentury listed building set in extensive grounds with good transport links to Chester and other major cities. The main Hall has a suite of meeting rooms which will be utilised as a training and conference venue. The main accommodation area comprises of 42 ensuite rooms and surrounds a beautiful garden courtyard, there is an additional annex building with a further 11 ensuite rooms. We are YHA.We believe in the power of travel and adventure. To fully realise this ambition, we need a diverse workforce that is representative of the communities we serve. Our people share a common purpose: to improve the health, wellbeing and life chances of all, but especially young people facing adversity and challenges. To achieve this, we subscribe to a set of core values and behaviours: HEART. Helpful, Efficient, Authentic, Respectful and Team-Spirited. Our HEART values recognise the need for equality, diversity, and inclusion and to ensure we are reaching all, we capture this information at both the attraction and onboarding stages of employment. You can find out more here:
