SEASONAL FARM OPERATORS Description: We are recruiting for seasonal operators to join the team during our busy months of harvest. This is a chance to experience a variety of work in a fast paced, progressive team on the latest kit small to large. Ideally able to cover the months of June through to mid-October. There is the potential for permanent work at the end of the season dependant on performance and work load. The ideal person will have: Experience with compost spreading, straw/bale carting, flail mowing, hedge cutting, rolling; Have at least 2 seasons tractor driving experience Be enthusiastic and willing to learn; Be flexible with a can- do attitude; Be hardworking; Be conscientious and take pride in their work.
