Sales Specialist. Business Motion

You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB Motors, in Low Voltage IEC Motors, Medium Voltage Motors within Motion North Spain. Reporting to the Branch-Office Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs. This position is not graded yet as the country still hasn't gone through the phase 4 of Global Grading process Your responsibilities Driving sales volume and margin across the Low Voltage IEC, Large AC, NEMA and MPT portfolio. Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions. Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy. Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team. Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team. Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background A Technical Bachelor, Engineer in Electrical, Electronics. More than 2 years of experience in Sales. Sound knowledge of Motors, drives, controls and the industry market. Spanish, English preferred other languages of advantage Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships. High communication skill and conflict management ability High degree of social competence and team player Self-determining to reach ambitious objectives Good organizational and inter-personal skills
