You will be mentoring our sales staff, designing individual and team training courses and preparing bespoke training and mentoring packages to suit the agent’s needs.You should have an excellent understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of various seniority in an extremely high pressured, fast paced environment. Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job related challenges.Set learning and financial objectives for the team.Develop learning material for the sales staff.Design training courses, coaching sessions, and other role-playing activities.Establish training needs by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance and reports.Collect feedback regarding training programs.Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.Evaluate employees performance after each coaching session.Ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures.Stay up-to-date with the new market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
