Sales Administrator

Title: Export Sales Administrator Reporting to: Customer Services Manager We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Administrator to join our team on a Temporary fixed term bases with the potential to be made permanent. You will be responsible for working as part of a team job description as below . Job Description Check sales orders received against customer forecast and process or send for approval as required Enter customer sales order in SAP and process pro-forma invoice where required Issue picking and packing paperwork to the warehouse and produce other export documentation as required e.g. Certificates of Origin If pro-forma customer chase either customer or export account manager for payment Once payment has been received, arrange shipment with export carriers Pro-actively communicate with customer and account managers customer’s order status together with any changes to the order Produce final shipment paperwork Issue final invoice Follow-up any out of stocks and provide customers with stock availability dates Close liaison with warehouse department, Export Account Managers, customers and carriers Obtaining Proof of Deliveries where required Replying to customer complaints Arranging sample orders Other general adhoc duties including copying, scanning and filing. Person Specification Experienced in Export Sales order administration or sales order processing MS Office Skills – Excel and outlook Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise Organised and good attention to detail Work independently or as part of a team Good telephone manner Help provide cover for other team members for holidays/sickness
