Residential Property ParalegalSurrey Leading firm Highly competitive salary for outside of LondonA leading firm with multiple offices are recruiting for a residential property paralegal in their Surrey office.You will assist fee earners in the Residential Property team with general conveyancing matters and should be familiar with the conveyancing stages and process. You will have experience in residential conveyancing and be familiar with the conveyancing stages and process. You should have experience assisting with property management work liaising with landlords, managing agents and tenant solicitors to deal with lease requirements on transfer, alterations and financing. In this role you will be drafting property management licences and deeds and will be dealing with pre and post-completion matters. You must have at least 1 years experience in managing residential property matters, good knowledge of databases, good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
