Job Category: Engineering Job Location: Bristol, Bristol (County), United Kingdom Renewable Energy Manager / Consultant required to work with one of the longest established renewable heating companies within our region. You will be responsible for providing technical sales specifications to our customer / clients across a range of renewable energy projects, supporting from inception through to completion. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Manging the renewable department on a day-to-day basis reporting to the Board of Directors Liaising with clients and customers to identify the best technical solutions by analysing, relevant data including environmental, financial RHI and green grant homes information Working in conjunction with the Operation"s Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all domestic and small commercial contracts, ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, scope and in compliance with MCS standardso Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications for projects o Procuring materials o Allocating resources o Liaising with relevant consultants and manufactures o Preparing and presenting clear and concise technical quotation in conjunction with manufacturers designs whilst advising clients on the next steps What we are looking for: Someone that can grow the Domestic Renewable Department and has a previous track record in a similar role. Be responsible for the business development of the renewable department you will be pro-actively seeking new opportunities, preparing proposals, and securing contracts both with new and existing clients alike.
