We specialise in delivering high-touch destination services via our innovative technology and our teams’ strong focus on providing the best possible experience.Our history is in the UK but we have now built up a strong presence in the Netherlands and our expansion programme has allowed us to provide our service model across select locations in the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Oceania.About the RoleAs a part-time, self-employed Relocation Specialist for the Belfast area, you will be a trusted partner and will act as the primary contact for the relocating employees during the move. You will be responsible for the local home finding process covering research for suitable properties, accompanied viewings, and negotiating and securing the rental contracts. You may also be required to assist customers with schooling, banking, registrations and help setting up utilities and media accounts.You will be required to:Build relationships with the relocating employeesConduct pre-arrival needs assessment call with the employeesProvide property research and arrange viewingsProvide school research and arrange visitsProvide accompanied area, property and/or school toursProvide virtual tours as requiredNegotiate appropriate rental contract termsProvide property check-in assistanceAssist with setting up bank accountsProvide information and guidance on local amenities and activitiesWork is offered on a self-employed contractor basis and the flexible approach means you can fit this role around other commitments or interests.Desired Qualifications & SkillsLegal right to work in the UKCurrently living in or very near to BelfastExperience in using office technologyExcellent knowledge of the local area, property market and schoolsDemonstrable customer service or relocation industry experienceEfficient, organised and able to problem-solve quicklyEffective communicator (especially listening skills)Confident and outgoing personalityHave lived overseas or has helped others relocateAbility to work alone and remotelyFlexibility to work some weekends desirableMust have own telephone and laptop or equivalent deviceCar ownership and driving licence essentialWhen applying, please include a copy of your CV in English.Klippa Relocation is a proud member of the Woodland Trust, dedicated to limiting the impact of climate change on people, places and life.
