Relief Community Support Worker

Our city-wide service provides person-centred and recovery-focused support to adults living in their own homes. Our service users may have learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. The service operates throughout Bradford and the surrounding areas, including Keighley, Bingley and Shipley.We require warm, positive individuals to promote our person-centred ethos, and work in close partnership with families and other agencies. For this diverse role, you must be compassionate and able to provide both respectful personal care and personalised support, to aid recovery and enable individuals to remain living within their own homes. Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs is essential for this role. You must have a full clean UK driving license and access to a car.
