Our city-wide service offers an enablement and recovery focused support service to adults and elderly people living in their own homes. Some service users may experience fluctuating mental health or have a formal mental health diagnosis, memory problems, or dementia. The service operates throughout Bradford and the surrounding areas, including Keighley, Bingley and Shipley.We require warm, positive individuals to promote our person-centred ethos and work in close partnership with families and other agencies. For this diverse role, you must be compassionate and able to provide both respectful personal care and personalised support, to aid recovery and enable individuals to remain living within their own homes. Car drivers are essential.
