Reliability Engineer Assets Management (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing In this position the Reliability Engineer will be responsible to manage the assets of the plants in the Region Europe West to achieve standardization and continuous improvement in safety, plant reliability and cost efficiencyCascading Global strategy and Best Practice (CoE/CoC Guidelines) in ASU/CO2/Ecovar/HyCo area will be part of your roleDriving the implementation of the full LINDE Standard for Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to improve availability and reliabilityAdministration of Maintenance tools (SAP PM, EAM), further identify opportunities to improve cost efficiencySupport in defining and review the REW Opex Budget, CAPEX Budget, TAR Opex and Capex of the plants, as well as support countries organizations with troubleshooting of the plantsDevelop and oversee capability of the plants Maintenance team in the RBU in respect of capability, competency, training etc. and ensure that there is consistency and alignment across the Industrial and Linde best practicesReview specific regional maintenance procedure (like contingency plan, yearly plant assessment, maintenance plans, inspection plan and so)Provide support to operations for Maintenance related issue & Trouble Shooting meaningIdentify opportunities to improve cost efficiency Provide MOC support to the local technical departmentsSuggest spare parts for Plants, as well as manage an inventory for spares available What makes you great At least 3 years of experience in a related industrial environment including safety management, process engineering, and engineering projects, maintenance managementUniversity or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional related experienceBasic knowledge in the production processExperience in an international business environmentGood English language skills, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch language will be considered as a plusAvailability to frequent displacement within the RBU countries projects Why you will love working with us Thinking outside of the box, working on new topics and concepts, deliver great solutions to our internal customers is essential to bring success to our business.
