Regional HR Advisor CIPD Burton-on-Trent/North Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a successful logistics organisation based in Burton-on-Trent with the appointment of a Regional HR Advisor to report to a Group HR Manager and join a busy, generalist team. This role will involve circa 3 days per week in Burton and then 2 covering other sites in the North Description The role of Regional HR Advisor is a busy and generalist position, you will be responsible for: Working closing with Operational Stakeholders to understand the needs of the organisation and how HR can support with thisWorking with other members of the HR team to review processes, re-write policies and make any necessary improvementsEmployee Relations caseworkRecruitmentMaintain staff records and produce HR reportsAnalyse HR data to support the stakeholders and HR leadership teamsTraining - work with the Group HR Manager to identify needs and deliver training - particularly in relations to performance management, recruitment and people management skillsEnsure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to Profile Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar role, you will also hold (or be studying towards) a CIPD qualifications level 5 or above.
