We provide support to individuals in the community, including those with: learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, complex needs, mental health issues, physical disabilities, substance misuse and alcohol related brain injuries as well as age related needs. About the Role An exciting new opportunity to lead, coordinate and implement our approach to recruitment, PR and talent management. As a member of KSC’s Business Support Team you will ensure that we attract, retain and develop our people effectively in order to sustain high quality services for those we support. Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure is essential. You will work closely with managers to understand the recruitment requirements across our business. The role requires excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to form partnerships, build networks of people suppliers, engage with candidates, managers and HR colleagues. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated candidate who has a solutions focused approach to recruitment and retention. You will be passionate about managing talent and investing and developing our people. You will be self motivated and target focussed with a drive to succeed. You will have a creative flair with innovative ideas and new concepts for staff recruitment in the field of social care. An expert in the use of social media with excellent digital skills and the ability to engage and communicate at all levels. A minimum of 3 years experience in the field of recruitment and talent management with recent and relevant experience. A professional diploma in Recruitment, CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is essential.
