Recruitment Advisor

Key Responsibilities * Manage interview scheduling for recruitment activity; * Administrative duties as required to support key Recruitment activity; * Provide support to the Talent and Development team on ad-hoc projects and events; * Work closely with key stakeholders to support the delivery of an ‘end to end’ Talent service from inception through to on boarding and provision of development opportunities; * Maintain data and produce timely reports for key Talent activity, ensuring key recruitment SLA’s and Training and Competence (T&C) deadlines are met; * Take ownership of all job board content ensuring company brand guidelines are adhered to; * Keep abreast of current market trends and any new legislative requirements impacting recruitment; * Support the Talent Partners to drive direct sourcing using CV databases, LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms; * Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and utilise the ‘Talent Bank’ to build pipelines of potential candidates for upcoming and existing vacancies; * Manage the learning management and SmartRecruiter system – process and relationship; * Drive use of best practice across the team, keeping meeting minutes, running the work allocation process and develop a holistic view of the workflow through the Talent cycle enabling advice and challenge to ways of working; * Support the embedding of the operating model for the administration, delivery and evaluation of Talent at Together
