I'm actively recruiting on behalf of a Kent based client who are seeking a Senior level Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a Permanent basis.Due to volume of work they require a Quantity Surveyor with a Contractor background and previous experience working on Fit Outs (retail, commercial, residential & healthcare).The ideal candidate will: * Have 10y experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within experience on Fit Out projects * Have a relevant qualification * Come from a Contractor background * Strive to be the best in their field * Pay excellent attention to detail * Be able to demonstrate analytical thinking skills * Have the ability to use your initiative.Your general day to day duties will include: * Estimating costs, quantities, and project timelines * Providing all information to clients * Preparing tender and contract documents * Identifying and weighing up commercial risks * Liaising with a variety of other teams and helping to keep a project on track. * Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standardsPlease apply below if you are interested, or get in touch for more information
