Quantity Surveyor ConstructionExcellent Job Opportunity for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor, West Yorkshire area.Yorkshire Country Properties, a West Yorkshire house building company are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for their in-house construction team.We specialise in prestigious and bespoke new builds within theresidential sector and have secured a strong pipeline, within the Kirklees area, for thenext few years.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected, progressive company whocan offer career stability and a competitive package, to a committed and enthusiasticQuantity Surveyor, with the right experience.The RoleThe candidate’s role will include: Cost control – prepare, monitor and report on cost plans. Obtain quotations and place sub-contract orders with various trades. Manage/measure labour only contractors working on-site.
