Winchmore Brickwork are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their very well-established North London office team. Working closely with the directors an site teams, good experience of bricklaying sector is preferred, the role will include but not limited to: Reviewing subcontract orders Administering the subcontract orders Onsite surveys of works carried leading to producing payment applications Reviewing drawing revisions for client variations and agreeing costs. Project cost & value reporting Overseeing estimating of tenders including: Take-offsWriting BQ’sPricing BQ’s Producing material procurement schedules
