Quality Manager

Job Duties:Develop, manage, implement & maintain AS9100 standard.Coordinate internal & external resources for the successful planning & execution of quality objectives. Management of Internal & External NCR's/MRB activities & interaction with suppliers & customers.Ensure resource availability & allocation.Manage & support quality team members.Measure business KPI's using appropriate tools & techniques.Perform risk management to minimise impact on the business.Develop understanding of Customers requirements & ensure integration throughout the company.Meet with customers & suppliers for audits & performance reviews as required.Implementation of Root Cause Corrective Action & Problem Solving skills to solve/fix issues that arise.Use and continually develop leadership skills.Review in appropriate reporting methodsLead and maintain Continuous Improvement culture within the business (SC21 accreditation).Qualifications / Experience:Essential HND/Degree level Qualification in Engineering or similar discipline & at least 3 years' proven experience working with & fully competent in the operation of a Quality Management System (AS9100 Rev D).Or5 or more years' proven experience in a similar role including working with & fully competent in the operation of a Quality Management System (AS9100 Rev D).Self-motivated & ability to work independently & as part of a team.Strong analytical skills combined with problem-solving ability.Influencer who is skilled at connecting technical & systems data together for employees & customers/suppliers alike.Experience dealing with & building relationships with clients along with good internal communication skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Email Cherry. boyce@boyceprecisionenginering.com for job description including essential and desirable criteria.
