We need you if you....Have a real passion for great customer service and a genuine interest in working in property.You’ll be responsible for undertaking viewings with prospective tenants, checking in new tenants and checking out those who are leaving. You will prepare detailed property inventories and carry out regular inspections of tenanted properties. You will also have responsibility for ensuring that our short term lets are kept to a high standard and are clean and ready for our guests.You’ll need to be very organised and able to manage your workload. You will be trustworthy, reliable and punctual, have a good eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll be keen to develop this role within a progressive company in order to achieve above average results and remuneration.Some time flexibility will be required to enable occasional viewings out of normal working hours.Working hours will predominantly be 9:00 - 5:30 however some flexibility will be required to accommodate business needs?A pool car will be provided for use whilst on company business.Experience in this role is not essential as full training will be given.To start the application process call.
