Property Litigation Solicitor Needed Location - Nottingham High Street Law Firm Start Date - ASAP I am currently representing a high street law firm in the Nottingham region who are looking for an experience Property Litigation Lawyer to join a small team. This role includes: • General caseload of General Litigation case including Residential Landlord and Tenant cases. • Working alongside Legal Aid work and Residential Landlord and Tenant would be beneficial. • Dealing with all aspects of matters from initial enquiry through to completion. The Idea Candidate: • Able to manage a caseload of Property Litigation Lawyer. • Commercial and practice approach. • Background in handling own caseload of general Litigation files including Residential Landlord and Tenant cases. • Hardworking and organised • Strong desire to progress and develop. • Fantastic interpersonal skills. • Able to work well with clients.
