You will be a senior part of a successful team in this industry leading Landscaper creating some of the finest, award winning Gardens in the county. You will be responsible for the creation of Gardens that massively exceed the client’s expectations and throughout the build you will maintain a clear understanding of the Contract, Drawings and Specification. You will be one of the client’s principle points of contact for day-to-day issues and concerns.The Company:Our client is a leading, full-service Garden Design and Installation Contractor. They have built a reputation for their efficient project management and quality of work, delivered on time and on budget. They offer a Garden Transformation service that includes the initial detailed Design through Hard and Soft Landscaping and all aspects of Installation to ongoing Maintenance.Job Role:They are looking to supplement their existing teams with the addition of a Project Leader who will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations on site (both hard- and soft-landscaping) and will form a link between the office-based Designer and the on-site team. They will be responsible for interpreting drawings, marking out the site, determining the required tasks and allocating these to the onsite personnel, helping with many aspects of the build as necessary. You will be hands on in respect to the works but also organise and supervise the Landscape Operatives as necessary, taking responsibility for all aspects of site health and safety together with the company’s environmental standards. You will also liaise with the office staff in respect to ordering materials and plant and reporting on the project progress. In short, you will be fully accountable for delivering the finished garden to the highest quality, on time!Personal Attributes:All candidates will need a CSCS Card together with a full driving preferably with a trailer licence and a SSSTS qualification. Candidates should have 4+ years landscaping and garden experience preferably in a supervisory role.Benefits:Salary £24,000 to £29,000 per Annum. Company van
