As a team member for the IBS Passport team you'll operate each of the processes within the full work stream of activities within the personalisation of the passport. This will include the operating of a BookMaster One personalisation machine, Quality inspection, Bowe Insertion machine, Vault operations and goods receiving and shipping. You'll complete daily/ weekly maintenance tasks and work with your peers on 5S and problem solving activities. Knowledge, Skill and Experience: * To be successful in this job you must be experienced in working in a high-pressure environment. * You must have worked to daily targets. * You must have experience of working with machinery or production processes. * You must have basic computer skills. * You must be able to read English and have a good understanding of the English language. * You must have basic numerical skills. * We would like someone to join our team who is self-motivated, continues to learn new process and wants to improve the work process to benefit of all. This person would have a fast learning attitude, good communication skills and would be happy working with a team or individually. Hours of work 6am - 2pm week one and 2pm - 10pm week two rate: £10.53 plus holiday payThe business are looking to introduce a night shift when the requirement for passports increase, this will mean the as well as the above shift, week 3 you would work nights, the rate for all hours would increase to £11.43 plus holiday pay.
