From 3D printing, augmented reality, connected vehicle to the factory of the future – new technologies are part of our 13 000 ingenious employees’ day-to-day lifeManage process engineering team involvingProduction EngineerCAD technician/supervisorLiaise with engineering department (manufacturing, maintenance, and production) to identify solutions.Update and create documentations:Process FlowStandard OPSPFMEAsControl PlanSetting SheetsLiaise with current machine suppliers and hold meetings to see if the machine delivery is in suggested timeline.Update/create project plan for multiple projects.Sign off process and Design (from concept to final design) documentation.Implement material flow.Weekly review with senior management about project functioning and provide timelines.Industrialization of current process with line balancing, MTM time calculation, shop floor plan and liaising with external production line group to build the line.QualificationsExcellent Budgeting skills.Shop floor planning and commissioning experienceGood/Excellent knowledge in Lean methodologies and implementation.Ability to multi-task and excellent management skills.Additional InformationSalary range for PAYE: £33,000 - £40,000, DOELocation: Coventry, UKA pre-requisite for this role is the right to work in the UK and a valid driving licence.
