Our client is a Mechanical & Electrical Contractor working and are looking for a plumbing Site Supervisor. You will be working for a forward-thinking and well-respected company that really cares about their employee wellbeing and support their professional growth.You will need to have solid, multiple-years' experience of plumbing site supervision on residential projects, and hold a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.Key responsibilities of the role:Report into Site ManagerMonitor plumbers' timekeeping, and making sure all are using in/out systemSign off plot completionsWitness testing & sign-off workEnsure certification & check sheets are up to dateCarry out operative PPE checksDaily site safety and tidiness checks; delivery site inductions, TBTs and safe startsEnsure site labour & sub-contractors are working to RAMSHighlight any progress issues with client & build client relationshipsSurvey drawings & check/mark location of Builders Work HolesMonitor standards of workmanshipWitness & sign-off plot internalsControl day work to a minimumMonitor stock levels, and return all excess stockExperience: * Plumbing Supervisor, Residential: 5 years (Required)Licence: * SSSTS or SMSTS (Required)
