Plumbing & Heating Technician - Coventry - Perm - Up to £26K Your new company You will be working as a Plumbing and Heating Technician for a large public sector estate in Coventry. Your new role As a Plumbing and Heating Technician you will be completing routine maintenance for all plumbing and mechanical building services installed throughout the estate, including heating/ventilation and all equipment associated with mechanical building services. You will ensure all statutory ,planned and breakdown works are completed safely, cost effectively and to the agreed KPI's and Service Level Agreements. This is a static role, so no travel required. What you'll need to succeed You hold a plumbing / heating qualification and have hands on experience within maintenance. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to £26000, plus 38 days holiday.
