We´re looking for a Platforms Product Technical Manager whose main resposabilities will be: Deliverbles: - Development Process : make the link between his/her Region and PG Platform Organization - analyse market trend in his/her Region in order to identify & synthesize future needs & technologies - network with Platform and other PTM Region Coordinators : information sharing and global technological watch - contribute to benchmark competitors products in his/her Region and communicate largely about. - promote/diffuse internally and externally Platforms booklet solutions. Customer intimacy (Workshop, Night Drives..) - ensure that Platforms solutions, during RFI/RFQ phases, are well priorized vs specific ones (de-standardization) - provide all needed information at Platforms level about new products (time schedule, tooling +D&D, capacities,..) - support R&D Region teams during P1 developments about standard module integration/validation - make apply and contribute to upgrade standard procedures in link with Platforms products - involved in standard assembly process deployment and improvement in Region about new Platforms products. - make apply the PG Project Development Plan in his/her Region perimeter following the Constant Innovation Policy - ensure that design solutions does not infringe any patent right Technical Committee - Platforms TC participation when his/her Region is concerned. - support this/her Regions P1 Team on the DSR workflow. Ensure receivable justifications on good time (from RFQ). Detailed scheduling and budgeting - contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments. - establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones. - follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget. Management of the contributors - weekly management of all R&D contributors, dedicated or not - assign to them the work packages needed. - regular review with his/her R&D manager or Product Manager and the Metier Department Managers to check alignment between needs and availabilities.
