Planned Works Scheduler PPM

The role as a Helpdesk Scheduler (PPM) will work closely with Contract Managers & Supervisors to ensure all Engineers across Mechanical and Electrical fields are scheduled and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements across the South of the UK. Working in the Real Estate and Property sector, they are looking a Helpdesk Scheduler (PPM) to join their team in Reading. Description The Helpdesk Scheduler (PPM) will be responsible for the following: Schedule PPM works in a timely manner ensuring contractual KPI's are metLogging and assigning jobs on our CAFM systems and ensuring our clients systems are continuously updatedLiaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation when requested. Issue purchase order when requiredCarry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resourceCommunicate with engineers and sub-contractors Assist existing administration to program and collate monthly report dataClear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new proceduresWork with the management team to discuss and implement appropriate courses of actionEnsure CAFM systems are up to date at all times, extracting key information when requestedFirst point of contact for engineers and Contract Managers regarding scheduling queriesCarry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & proceduresUndertake any 'ad hoc' duties as requested by the Management team Profile The Successful candidate will have the following: Keen awareness of customer focus and brand imageExperience of purchasing and managing supplier deliveryTechnical knowledge within the M&E industry essentialThey must be able to adapt with different personalities within the team.Excellent communication skills at all levelsExperience of CAFM systems would be beneficialPrioritisation skillsA flexible and adaptable approachCalm, meticulous and organisedCommunication - giving and receiving key information to improve company performanceProfessional and technical - functional skills and experience requiredInnovation - creates new approaches to work Job Offer The successful candidate can expect a salary in the region of £23,000 plus benefits.
