We are currently looking to recruit for a customer facing Pest Control Technician. Experience within this field ideally preferably RSPH Level 2 qualified would be preferred however our client provide an excellent training programme for inexperienced candidates who have the right attitude and work ethic. This programme will enable you to progress and further your career with us and help you achieve your true potential.You’ll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you'll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.Main duties• Inspect customer premises and provide written reports on levels of pest infestation to determine the most effective solution to eradicate the pests• Organise and undertake a programme of treatments using pesticides to control pests• Record all visits to customers via our smartphone app• Any other “ad hoc” duties as required by the needs of the businessEssential criteria• Full Clean UK Drivers Licence, a van will be provided with a fuel card• Good communication skills written and verbal• Live within a 20 mile radius of the Stafford location• The ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.• To be methodical and systematic in your approach to work.• Have excellent attention to detailPreferred criteria• Pest control experience and qualifications RSPH Level 2 qualified• Previous experience within a Customer Service roleWhat you will getFull training and continued support and development opportunitiesYou will gain a Industry recognised pest control and customer service qualificationA company van and fuel card Please send your cv for a confidential discussion.
