Job Title: Pest Control TechnicianLocation: Covering Sites in the Newcastle / Sunderland / Middlesbrough Areas – flexible on where person is based as long as live in the North EastSalary: £33,142 (includes call out allowance) + fully expensed vehicle + full tools & equipment, pension, BUPA medical, 33 days holiday (includes bank holidays) + opportunities for overtimeFull Time and Permanent: Monday to Friday - 45 hours a weekCall out / Standby: 1 week in every 4Our client is a large, national and growing Facilities Management company.Our client has a long term national FM contract with one of the Major Retail Supermarkets in the UK.Due to excellent business expansion our client requires a motivated Pest Control Technicianto cover Supermarket stores throughout the North East (Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough).Role will be covering supermarket sites around the North East. Our client are flexible on where candidate is based as the patch of stores they look after can be fitted around where they live as long as they are in the Newcastle / Sunderland / Middlesbrough Areas.This role will only be working just on the Supermarket contract, there is no sales at all with this role.The successful candidate will join an established team of 35 highly qualified Pest Control Technicians in delivering a unique service delivery to their customer.The successful applicant must have:• RSPH Level 2 or BPCA Part 2 (or equivalent)• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pest control as a technician• Hold a clean driving licence valid for use in the UK• Good communication skills (both written & verbal)• Have a clean criminal recordAnd be:• Flexible in working hours• Well-presented• Highly motivated• Good Communication Skills and the ability to use your initiative• Able to work consistently to a high standardThe package that we are prepared to offer for this role is a salary of £33,142 (includes call out allowance), a fully expensed vehicle, full tools and equipment, pension, BUPA medical, 33 days holiday a year and opportunities for overtime.Role will involve daily travel.Candidates will need to be flexible on working hours.Role will involve being on an on call rota, 1 week in every 4.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Pest Control team where you can have a long term career and progress into more senior Pest Control roles.To apply for this role please submit full CV to Jonathan Sweasey at PDA Search and Selection
