Payroll and Accounts Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a new role within a Payroll Department for a Charity based in South Belfast. They require support in their Payroll and Finance Department. The role will include but not limited to Processing monthly payrollProcessing statutory payments and deductionsPensions administration and reconciliationsSupporting with time and attendance and weekly payrollsProviding a confidential service to employees at all levelsSubmission of year end P35, P14, P60 and P11D doc’sCredit ControlAdministrative SupportFinancial Reporting Criteria:Minimum 1 year Payroll experienceExperience working with Sage Minimum 5 GCSEs A- C (to include English and Mathematics)Ability to use own initiativeAbility to work to work to tight deadlineThe salary is set at £21,050 and is available on a temporary contract immediately, with potential to move to a permanent position.
